A return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Apply the return label to the package and give the package to a UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS Customer Center or an Authorized Shipping Outlet.
Shipping to destinations within Germany is via DHL Go Green and costs €4.90. Returns from within Germany are free of charge. Please contact us for a return label.
