Short-sleeved work shirt made from 5 oz woven Hickory Stripe Oxford fabric. The origins of Hickory Stripe are based on American workwear and date back to the ‘Old West’ era, when the indigo stripe pattern was developed to hide oil stains on railway workers' uniforms. This 5 oz selvedge cotton fabric offers an authentic hickory stripe pattern while being a very lightweight summer shirt. The indigo stripes will fade over time, giving it a vintage look.
