The US Army’s original M-1943 is often considered the precursor to the modern military "field jacket." It set the standard for all subsequent models and paved the way for the legendary M-65. For Fall/Winter 2026, Iron Heart presents its interpretation of the M-43, honoring its heritage while adding the brand's signature technical upgrades. The jacket is crafted from 9.5 oz. vintage-style "back-sateen" fabric that is pigment-dyed to gradually fade over time. It features a Japanese Ventile lining for added moisture protection, oversized four-hole buttons for a secure hold, and durable poly-cotton blend stitching throughout. The result is a versatile, functional, and exceptionally durable garment that retains its authentic 1940s military aesthetic.
