18oz Vintage Selvedge Denim "1955" Vintage Tapered Cut Jeans - Indigo

Iron Heart's take on the iconic 1955 Levi's 501 jean has a high rise and tapers from the knee to the cuff. They are made from 18 oz. vintage selvedge denim. Reminiscent of denim from the early to mid-1900s, this fabric is woven at the renowned Shinya Mill, which is celebrated for its authentic, vintage-style denim. The 18 oz. selvedge is woven under relatively low tension, making it looser and softer than some of our other weaves. The result is a pair of very breathable but heavyweight jeans that require minimal break-in time. Due to the slightly more irregular weave, you can expect character-filled vertical fading that emphasizes the textured nature of the denim.
